The Quality Inn in Franklin had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me promptly and remained friendly throughout my stay. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night. The shower felt invigorating, and I appreciated the good quality of the free continental breakfast. However, I noticed a few spiders outside and some in the window sill, which could use some attention. The coffee in the dining area could be improved, as it wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but addressing the spider issue would enhance guests' comfort.
